Canon C100 MKII Hire Overview
The Canon C100 MKII has a couple of great new features and whilst it’s not 4K it focuses on producing stunning full HD footage that in many cases will leave 4K cameras well behind if your not having to work in 4K then hire the Canon C100MKII if quality is what you need over specifications as the Canon C100 will give you incredible footage with a great workflow to boot albeit a lower resolution
Capable of ISO of up to 102400 thats on par with the Canon C500 is a feature that makes low light shooting less to worry about great for weddings or conditions where lighting just wouldn’t be acceptable
Canons new dual pixel autofocus is a brilliant feature and we love love love it so much it allows you to focus quickly but also control the focus point on the touch screen LCD you can adjust the speed of the focus transition and this allows you to pull focus between subjects without touching the focus ring
Learn More about the Canon C100 MKII
and gives stunning results check out the footage below for examples again a great feature for weddings giving depth and film like style to your footage alternatively switch on face recognition and you can just point the camera in the direction of your subject and the Canon C100 MKII will follow the subject keeping them in focus another little trick we use is pulling focus between different faces it looks so beautiful and is so easy to achieve thank you Canon
Using traditional SDHC cards keeps the costs low when you need to film a lot of footage and being capable of recording to MP4 and AVCHD at the same time gives you an easily shareable MP4 and a more advanced codec if you want to grade and polish your footage later another great time saving usable feature
If you’re used to using DSLRs then this camera is a great jump up and you will feel safe at home if you’ve used any of the Canon DSLR range but be assured once you try one of the cine range of Canons C range you wont want to go back
With a great range of available lenses including the go to 24-105 with IS and the 70-200 IS pop one of these on and you have the absolute perfect wedding, corporate, or talking heads set up so go ahead and hire the Canon C100 MKII
