Our Shoot It / Film It Yourself Shoulder Mount Wedding DIY Video Hire Package delivers everything you need to your door step to capture a great quality wedding video using up to the minute equipment chosen by us to make sure that you will get to grips and find the experience enjoyable and easy to use whilst giving great results to give you a wedding video to proud of.
With this package you get the equipment including a Camcorder handy Top Light and Tripod all packed in to a smart wheel along flight case you shoot your wedding footage download it from the camera and you complete your edit yourself.
If this is your first attempt at a wedding video then panic all the training and help you need is here to help you along the way and if there is any doubt in your mind we are here to assist every step of the way you can see a quick start guide below and once you have placed your order you will be sent a login and username to our on line tutorials and resources should you feel you need a little help and some useful tips.
Everything in your wedding video DIY Shoulder mount package is delivered and collected from you and you will have the equipment for as long as you book this gives you some time to relax and get to grips with everything and not be pressured into trying to work capture a wedding with a video camera that you have had delivered hours before and again once the wedding video is captured you will have time to get the footage transferred and not have to rush to return the equipment.
Included in this Hire package is the Sony HXR MC2000 shoulder mount camcorder especially developed by Sony for the wedding videographer but don’t panic if this all sounds a bit technical the camcorder is state of the art but set to auto all you have to do is point it in the right direction and press the red record button, storing 6 hours of footage on its inbuilt hard drive there should be lots of space for even the longest of wedding days.
A high capacity battery is supplied and will need charging when the camera is delivered (during peak wedding season we may not be able to charge the camera during turnaround)
Also included in your flight case is a tripod and and camera top light that uses AA batteries (not included) so you won’t be left in the dark if the lights go dim for a romantic wedding dance.

- Pay either a £20 deposit or pay for you order in full

- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has processed and an email the day before delivery with everything you need to know about the delivery and collection times

Delivery & Collection of Equipment
- Delivery wise we ship all our equipment using overnight couriers so someone will need to be available to sign for the equipment in the one hour window you receive on the delivery date you chose we always deliver before midday on the delivery date.
- Collection is arranged for the collection date you have chosen and will be after midday you will receive an hours window from the courier, We provide a return label and security seal in with the equipment you must attach these for the return.
Getting Started
Once your wedding video camera has arrived you can get started quickly and easily as the video camera will take care of all the settings for you so you can focus on framing the best shots all you need to do is zoom in and out and hit the red record button.
Supplied in your wedding video package is a handy tripod perfect for recording the speeches and ceremony along with two batteries and a charger/ power supply all packed in a flight case for easy transportation.

Transferring your wedding footage
After the big day you can tranfer your wedding footage across to your computer simply connect the camera to your computer using the supplied USB cable and you will be able to copy everything across ready for editing.
